running in its 5th year. The objective of the contest is: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– To have at least 20000 persons reached on the dangers of unsafe abortion services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-To have at least 20000 people especially women and girls informed about the various <\/p>\n\n\n\n
stakeholders involved in the provision of safe abortion services in Cameroon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-To increase awareness about safe abortion services in Cameroon to over 20 000 persons as per <\/p>\n\n\n\n
the penal code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-To educate the public on the administrative and legal procedures of safe abortion for <\/p>\n\n\n\n
pregnancies resulting from rape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The contest idea is to engage participants(young activists, artists and journalists) in a competition <\/p>\n\n\n\n
using various art forms to raise awareness on the consequences of unsafe abortion and safe <\/p>\n\n\n\n
abortion services for eligible cases in Cameroon, to which the winners demonstrated an understanding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The best 3 entries mentioned above will receive: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-First Prize is awarded a Laptop<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Second Prize a brand new phone and communication credit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Third Prize receives a brand new phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NB: Compensatory prizes of communication credit will be provided to the 4th placed Buba Laura, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
